It was a beautiful pink’n’black colour scheme wedding with loads of custom made, quirky details and the most amazing bridal shoes I’ve ever seen. The bride wanted me to photograph shoes A LOT; well if I was wearing pair of Jimmy Choo’s under my wedding dress I’d also want to make sure they’ve been properly captured!
The bridesmaids looked gorgeous and the bold colours worked so well! Weather wasn’t too bad although it started raining during the speeches and hasn’t really stopped so we couldn’t take any more outdoor photographs at the evening venue. I was privileged to enjoy the wedding meal sat at the table with the groom’s brother and friends; delicious meal in great company!
I also have to mention the BAND. I don’t remember their name, I’m sure bride and groom would be more helpful here but these guys rocked my socks. I think I can risk saying that it was the best life performance I’ve ever seen at a wedding. Not only because they played my kind of favourite rocky/classic/reggae tune but also the quality of sound and the singer’s voice (!) was outstanding. Not that I am a specialist in the field, but I used to play/sing in the past a bit and I believe I do have the ‘sound awareness’.
Hope you enjoy the below set of images from Kayley and Matt’s big day, thank you to the bride and groom for making me feel welcomed and looked after.
