Nearly a week ago I had this coastal engagement session with Kim and Neil who are getting married at the beginning of July. Kimberley wanted to be photographed by the sea as that was the very initial idea for her and Neil’s wedding day when they first started planning. Plans evolved of numerous reasons but we did our pre wedding session by the sea on a bright summer afternoon as she wished. The only trouble was (there always must be something!) it was sooo frigging cold that day! It must have been below 10 Celsius which was shocking to me who grew up in continental Europe climate with June being the hottest month and everyone dying of heath at this time of the year. I was equipped in spring jumper and couple of layers but Kim in her strapless dress was giving me shivers!
Thankfully, as typical British they seemed temperature resistant (!
) and bravely survived till the end of my memory card. ;)
Have a look as some of the pre wedding portraits I took that day.

Lovely, lovely, lovely
Amazing pictures! Love them all!
How can you achieve those blue skies with the backlight? Is that with a flash, photoshop exposure-thing or can you create that with a small aperture?
