There is so much more to this day but I wanted to put this quick preview together for Frances and Rob who are now back from their honeymoon. Frances and Rob got married on the Saturday 18th of June in Fran’s local village church. The weather was playing up and had us all a bit worried as most of the celebrations was planned outdoors, but in the end majority of the day was dry and we even managed to catch a bit of true summer sunshine.
It was an absolutely wonderful wedding day – extremely natural and unposed, with the wedding dress made by the bride herself (!!!), wonderful wild flowers, loads of DIY decoration, home made wedding cake, reception in bride’s parents’ back yard – the list goes on! I loved this full of character and unstaged celebration of the two fantastic people. For now see the sneak peek below; I have no time to blog these busy days but I couldn’t stop myself from uploading a few random photographs I liked at a very first sight.

I love what Frances wore on her wedding day. Just goes to prove that you don’t have to spend thousands on a dress to look stunning.
Beautiful work Aga.
Thank you Az, I totally loved it too! How awesome to design and sew your own wedding dress?!
The most beautiful bride I have seen for a very long time.
It sounds like it is also a wedding which holds true to the essence of the whole event – bringing a man and woman together in the presence of their family and friends to declare their love and intention to be together. The closest to the pagan ritual of handfasting: unlike most which present the commercial face of love and marriage.
You have successfully captured the natural beauty of this bride and I congratulate you on showing her wonderful hand-made gown in it’s resplendent charm.
Thanks.

How beautiful, the bride and groom, the dress, the flowers, the scenery and the photography, can’t wait to see the rest!
