Paul and Danielle got married at Maunsel House near Taunton and styled their day to such perfection that it won them the wedding of the year competition! Here is the blog post presenting their incredible day

and here is how the winning post was announced in the magazine. Congratulations to the amazing couple, it was a true privilege photographing their day.

Maunsel House is one of the most enchanting, full of character and just amazingly photogenic wedding venues I’ve ever worked at. This architectural gem offers incredible variety of indoor and outdoor textures and light, the wedding ceremony can be held outside (check another blog post of mine picturing an outdoor wedding of Michael and Alison http://agatomaszek.com/2014/10/michael-alison-married-maunsel-house-taunton/) or inside, both options offer beautiful light resulting in stunning ceremony photographs. If you’re stuck for wedding venue ideas this is the place to visit and fall in love with! If you care about your wedding photographs venue choice is absolutely crucial. I obviously realise this choice is often down to the budget or technical limitations (like number of guests, location or even accommodation) but I would hugely advise including the visual aspect into the decision making process.

Working as South Wales wedding photographer I get to photograph weddings at truly beautiful locations and venues within a short drive from where I live. I’m planning on brigning together a blog post listing all my favourite (and most flattering to capture) wedding venues around Cardiff, Swansea, Brecon, Pembrokeshire and Somerset to help couples make decisions that will have visual impact on their wedding photographs.
