Martyn and Jen tied the knot @ St Teilos Church in Bridgend with the wedding reception taking place at Rosedew Farm in Lantwit Major.
***Here used to follow a long-ish text in which I tried to describe the day – but earlier this evening one of my friends (the honest one) said to me: ‘you know your newest blog post…*head shake*… can I just re-write it for you?’ :O I knew my English was pretty bad but I might have been fooling myself it wasn’t THAT bad!
With my confidence shattered to pieces I shall attempt no bragging from now on. ;)
I hope you enjoy the selection of my fav images from this fabulous wedding day.
This is wonderful again Aga! I come to your website as a photographer rather than a bride and would love to ask your advice. Your pictures have a beautiful depth of field and it looks like you use prime lenses. Yet it seems there are so many varying focal lengths. I was wondering if you frequently switch lenses, use two bodies at once or perhaps you have a second photographer with you? I have been using a 50mm and 24mm primes but for important fast moving moments like the bride arriving and leaving the church and the ceremony I am too scared I will miss something so use a 24-70mm. But I really don’t like this lens – the quality is not so nice. I would love to shoot entirely on primes but think perhaps I don’t have the perfect combination. I also don’t want much to use two bodies as am trying to slim my kit down (carrying so much is no fun). I am not sure what the solution is but you have clearly cracked it so I would love to know your thoughts.
Beautiful Aga again, again and again!!! I love it how you cope with different situations at weddings.. You are just amazing! :)
